Account Transfer: Poros to Steam

You can now optionally unbind your Poros accounts and return to Steam
 
  1. Eligibility: This function is available for players who mistakenly transferred their Steam (MY.GAMES) account to a Poros account. If you fall into this category, you have one chance to transfer your account data back to Steam (Poros).
    1. For players who transferred before June 4, 2024, 17:00:00 (UTC+1), the chance is valid for 90 days after that date.
    2. For players who transferred after June 4, 2024, 17:00:00 (UTC+1), the chance is valid for 90 days after the transfer.
  1. Preparation:
    1. Before using the function, ensure that you log out of your account in the game client or launcher. Failure to do so may result in a failed transfer.
  2. Transfer Confirmation:
    1. Once confirmed, your account will be transferred to Steam (Poros). You must use the client released on Steam for playing the game.
    2. Note that after confirmation, you cannot transfer your MY.GAMES account to a Poros account anymore.
    3. To ensure a normal gaming experience, log in to the Steam client and agree to the (In-game) Transfer Agreement.
    4. All account data (MY.GAMES & STEAM), including character data, previous gaming time, and web inventory, will be transferred.
  3. Additional Information:
    1. If you’ve logged in to your MY.GAMES account from the Steam platform, you have only one chance to unbind it (valid within 3 months).
    2. Unbind the account. Ensure that the account is not currently in the online login state in the game, otherwise the account cannot be unbound.
    3. After unbinding, you can only log in to the game through the Steam platform, which will automatically transfer your account.
      • You’ll inherit all characters created under both the MY.GAMES and Steam Accounts, as well as all game time data and inventory eu_content from the web page.
